Lily Shows
The Potomac Lily Society sponsors an annual show in June. In addition to the horticulture section where members display stems from their gardens, there is also an Artistic Design section. You do not need to be a member of the Society to enter a stem or a design. Horticulture categories include best in section awards as well as an overall Best in Show design. The AD section has a different theme every year and generally consists of three or four classes of designs. Any amateur designer is welcome to submit a design. Both the horticulture and artistic design sections are judged by accredited judges.

Annual Bulb Sale
The Society sponsors an annual bulb sale. Our sale list is published in the September newsletter and bulbs handed out at our annual picnic, generally in November at a local winery. For an additional charge, bulbs may be mailed. The bulbs come from a grower in the Pacific Northwest and are well-priced. Our availability list will be published as soon as it is available.
